Visa granted to 160 Chinese traders to enter Bac Giang and buy lychee
Previously on May 21, the Office of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee submitted document and proposed the Immigration Department to granting visa for these above-mentioned traders to enter the country for buying local lychee.

China is a traditional export market of Bac Giang lychee. The General Administration of China Customs accepted and granted 35 growing area codes and 173 qualified packaging facility codes for export in Luc Ngan district.
With total lychee area of over 17,000 hectares, the district expects to harvest about 98,000 tonnes of fruits, including 25,000 tonnes of early ripening lychee. Luc Ngan plans to export about 43,000 tonnes of lychee to markets.
For recently year, the competent agencies in Bac Giang province have actively cooperated to successfully organize many activities to introduce, connect and promote lychee consumption which draw participation from many Chinese businesses and traders.
Also, both parties have regularly exchanged information about import export regulation, helping enhance the efficiency of customs clearance and trade exchange; strictly cooperate to introduce and facilitate Chinese partners to seek market and conduct trade promotion for farm produce.
