The first delegation led by Nguyen The Thi, Vice Chairman of the district People’s Committee has paid a courtesy visit and worked with local authority in Hekou district and Department of Commerce in Honghe zhou as well as visited Consulate General of Vietnam in Kunming city of Yunnan province.

According to Nguyen The Thi, the delegation joined talk shows and exchanges of trade and commercial promotion, linkage for lychee consumption with traders, businesses, associations, importers of lychee and other farm produce in Hekou district, hence helping survey and study the market demand at the visited destinations.

Also, Bac Giang delegates briefed the host on local prominent socio-economic situation, especially producing and consuming lychee in 2023 as well as other agriculture products.

The delegation suggested relevant agencies, associations and businesses to create favorable conditions for traders to approach, survey, connect to consume agricultural products in general and Luc Ngan lychee in particular in the upcoming time.

Meanwhile, Chinese partners were recommended to support in customs procedures and transportation to deliver Luc Ngan lychee to Chinese consumers soonest.

Luc Ngan district committed to facilitating Chinese traders and businesses to purchase lychee; ensuring security and order and smooth traffic.

As the result, more than 30 Chinese companies registered to visit Luc Ngan district to survey and consume lychee after the working session.

The second working delegation of Luc Ngan district will be led by Truong Van Nam, Permanent Vice Chairman of the district People’s Committee to promote lychee consumption in Guangxi province from May 24 – 26.
