The event was held jointly by the Quan Doi Nhan Dan (People’s Army) newspaper in collaboration with the Department of Information and Training under the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army.
The seminar heard 30 speeches by scientists and researchers shedding light on the great army values of Vietnamese soldiers and also promoting the campaign of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, and style.
