GIANG - The Bac Giang provincial People’s
Committee has issued Decision to approve for the investment policy of Chau Minh
– Mai Dinh new urban project in Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang province).
The project will be invested to build synchronous technical infrastructure on total area of 48.78 hectares with several items of levelling, road, water drainage system, waste water drainage system, waste water treatment system, public lighting system, tree and garage among others.

The area expects to house about 4,000 people with total investment of over 700 billion VND (29.6 million USD). The project is valid within 12 years.
The project targets to build Chau Minh – Mai Dinh new urban area in Hiep Hoa district with civilized and modern landscape and environment.
Also, it creates new housing land fund for local people in Chau Minh, Mai Dinh communes as well as huge number of labours at Hoa Phu industrial park which are under development to meet the demand for local socio-economic growth.
Viet Yen conserves and develops craft villages in urban space
BAC GIANG - Viet
Yen district (Bac Giang province) has many traditional craft villages in associated
with people's lives for hundreds of years. The district has realized criteria
to become a township so many craft villages will be located in urban space,
making the preservation and promotion of their value one of the important tasks.

provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has issued the Decision on
approving the investment policy of the golf course and urban residential area project
in Nham Bien Mountain, Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city and Tien Phong commune,
Yen Dung district.
Luc Ngan to complete infrastructure, level up urban area
(BGO)- Implementing the policy to rearrange
district-level administrative units and develop urban areas in Bac Giang province
in the period from 2022 to 2025, Luc Ngan district has been mobilizing investment
resources with a determination to speed up the progress to fulfill the criteria
on establishing Chu township by 2025. Of which, the highest priority is synchronous
infrastructure development and urban embellishment.
