Bac Giang enterprises take great efforts on production and business with high tax payment
High contribution to state budget
According to the provincial Taxation Department, many companies in the province have well conducted the production and business, hence greatly contributing to the budget and actively boosting up provincial economic growth.

Prominently, the provincial budget collection in 2021 first ever hit over 22 trillion VND (927.5 million USD) in top 10 nationwide, up over 65 percent against previous year. The achievement was significantly contributed by business community by good execution of taxation obligation.
OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (OPC) in Yen Dung district is an example. The Covid-19 outbreak caused huge impact on the company operation, even suspension for disease prevention and control.
Last year, OPC produced and consumed 30 tonnes of herbal glue of various plants and exported first batch of 15 tonnes of essential oil to the US, France and Spain. The company earned total revenue of nearly 67 billion VND and paid nearly 2.4 billion VND to the budget, doubling last year figure.
The labour’s average income was 10 million VND per person per month. In 2022, the OPC strives to pay some 3.5 billion VND to the budget. Acknowledging the achievement, OPC was awarded with Certificate of Merit for good implementation of tax policy in 2021.
Similarly, Bac Giang Import Export Joint Stock Company in Bac Giang city actively recovered difficulties caused by Covid-19 and exerted effort in production to increase the revenue. The business produced thousands of tonnes of various products to the market to gain over 1.7 trillion VND and pay over 15.6 billion VND to the budget (up 20 percent comparing to the amount of the previous year).
Bac Giang Import Export JSC was honored and rewarded by the provincial Taxation Department for good implementation of taxation policy.
Not only the two above mentioned companies, many domestic and foreign invested businesses in the province which greatly contributed to the state budget, ranging from dozens to hundreds of billion VND in 2021 were honored by the taxation sector.
Timely supporting business
By September this year, the provincial budget collection is estimated at over 12 trillion VND with 8 out of 18 collection items surpassing the yearly target and representing year on year increase. The achievement is greatly contributed by the community of enterprise and entrepreneur.

This year, in addition to the efforts from each business and entrepreneur, important factor supporting good tax payers is the synchronous implementation of various solution by the local authority to handle and remove difficulties.
Particularly the provincial taxation sector always accompanies and timely applies effective mechanisam and new tax policies while accelerating administrative procedure reform and facilitating business and entrepreneur in production and business, hence helping them enhance competitiveness, gain stable production toward non-stop development.
Manager of provincial Taxation Department Le Ba Ngoc said the Department continues reforming the procedure; shortening the time for tax payment; improving communication, assistance and exchange to the organizations and individuals to ensure timely provide sufficient information toward high efficient business and production.
The provincial Taxation Department highly focused on instructing tax payers to declare and pay for tax online (Etax) instead of old system. Thanks to its prominent function, this service clarifies each member’s responsibility in the business and helps user to search for information about tax obligation and result of document handling. So far, most of provincial companies have paid tax online.
Together with these above mentioned solution, the provincial Taxation Department also grants auto tax code online to the business so as to shorten the time for tax payers. Annually, the sector launches ceremony to honor good tax payers to stimulate the movements of patriotic emulation, good production, high taxation payment among the enterprises and entreprenuers.
