16 opinions of young people in different fields were voiced at the open dialogue. Most of them focused on difficulties in startups associated to digital transformation, improving quality of IT human resources, school psychology advice and startups.

The representatives of related departments and agencies answered and clarified the issues mentioned by the youth unionists.

Speaking at the dialogue, PPC Chairman Nguyen Viet Oanh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, creativity and breakthroughs of the youth. Besides, he clarified some issues they concerned.

The PPC Chairman stressed the youth is the core power, who play important roles in socio-economic development of the province.

Science and technology is defined a key factor in line with infrastructure, institution and human resources in the province’s socio-economic breakthrough strategies.

The province has issued resolutions and schemes related to this field, in which the youth is recognized as the pioneering force in science, technology, and digital transformation.

Therefore, each youth union member must continuously improve their knowledge and skills in science, technology and digital transformation.

Affirming the spirit “Where there is a difficult task, there are young people,” PPC Chairman Nguyen Viet Oanh expressed his hope that the youth of Bac Giang province will continue to harness their energy, innovate in their activities, take the lead in digital transformation, develop effective start-up models and make practical contributions to the sustainable development of the province.
