Bac Giang sets up 19 Covid-19 checkpoints

(BGO) – To reinforce the Covid-19 prevention and control, the Pulic Security in Bac Giang province has set up 19 checkpoints (seven inter province and 12 inner province) in six out of ten districts and city. Each is controlled by two to five officials and soldiers who take turn on duty 24 hours per day.

Seven interprovincial checkpoints include:

1. Provincial road No.295 (Dong Xuyen bridge, Mai Dinh commune, Hiep Hoa district) which is adjacent to Yen Phong district (Bac Ninh province).

2. Provincial road No.296 (Vat bridge, Hop Thinh commune, Hiep Hoa district) toward Soc Son district (Hanoi city).

3. National road No.17 (Dong Huong residential group, Nham Bien town, Yen Dung district) toward Que Vo district (Bac Ninh province).

4. National road No.31 (Huu San commune, Son Dong district) toward Dinh Lap district (Lang Son province).

5. Frontage road of Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway (Tan Dinh commune, Lang Giang district).

6. Entrance to and from Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway (Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district).

7. Crossroad between national road No.31 with the way to Bac Giang city (Thai Dao commune, Lang Giang district).

All citizens entering and leaving these seven interprovincial checkpoints must declare travel information on national population database as instruction from the Ministry of Public Security.

12 inner provincial checkpoints include:

1. Provincial road No.295B (Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district).

2. National road No.17 (Song Mai commune, Bac Giang city).

3. National road No.17 (Song Khe commune, Bac Giang city).

4. Provincial road No.295B (Tan My commune, Bac Giang city).

5. Provincial roand No.295B (Xuong Giang ward, Bac Giang city).

6. Subway at Minh Khai street (Dinh Ke ward, Bac Giang city).

7. Nguyen Chi Thanh street (Dinh Ke ward, Bac Giang city).

8. Hung Vuong street (Hoang Van Thu ward, Bac Giang city).

9. National road No.31 (Cam Dan commune, Son Dong district).

10. Provincial road No.293 (Tay Yen Tu town, Son Dong district).

11. National road No.37 (Doan Bai commune, Hiep Hoa district).

12. Belt road No.4 (Dong Lo commune, Hiep Hoa district).

The citizens from other provinces must declare travel information at these inner provincial checkpoints.

Adding to review to know any case entering Bac Giang from other localities, especially pandemic hit areas to impose timely and suitable management as regulation, the officials and soldiers on duty are also in charge of ensuring the public security and traffic safety.
