Currently, the General Department of Taxation integrates 93 tax administrative procedures to the NPSP. It is aimed to ensure transparency of the tax administrative procedures, improve service efficiency of the taxation agency and enhance tax management performance. 

Processing tax transaction on NPSP.

Taxpayers can easily access to and search for information of all fields at anywhere and anytime on the website https://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn or https://dichvucong.gov.vn.

In order to implement online public procedures on NPSP, taxpayers should register account at the address https://dichvucong.gov.vn. After finishing registration, taxpayers can use a device connected to internet to sign in and use the services of tax declaration, tax payment, application for extension of tax payment and land lease tax.

Besides, taxpayers can use other public services of the provinces, cities, ministries and agencies with the registered account. This integration also allows taxpayers to supervise, monitor and evaluate quality of dealing with administrative procedures and send complaints or recommendations related to tax administrative procedures to the taxation agency.

Users can search for the list of integrated tax administrative procedures, guidance notes for account registration and documentation for submitting application for extension of tax payment and land lease tax on NPSP on the website of the Department of Taxation of Bac Giang province at https://bacgiang.gdt.gov.vn.

55 Bac Giang’s online public services integrated to National Public Service Portal
