Bac Giang to open asphaltic concrete National Highway 31 to traffic ahead June 30
The Project was commenced in August 2022 with total length of 39.1km. It was invested by Vietnam Road Department with design of third grade delta road, 12 meter width and 11 meter road surface.

Total execution cost hit more than 863 billion VND (37.1 milion USD) from state budget for mid-term public investment plan in 2021 – 2025 period. As schedule, the Project will be complete for operation on this December 31.
So far, localities have cleared 32.3 out of 34.8 km of site work, accounting for 93 percent of total length for land clearance. The contractor has fulfiled 60 percent of total work volume.
After inspecting the obstacles, PPC Vice Chairman Le O Pich directed localities to conduct specific solutions as regulation and ensure to complete before April 30 so as to hand over the clear land for contractor.
The provincial leader urged the investor to promptly expedite construction contractors to mobilize machine and human resource and accelerate the project progress. All units must strive to open the whole asphaltic concrete route to traffic before June 30 to serve consumption of local farm produce as well as complete all project items to put in operation before this September 30.
