18 wrestlers in Bac Giang province joined several categories of freestyle and traditional wrestling for men and women.

Thanks to the active preparation, the local wrestlers confidently competed at the big event with such an impressive manner in many weight categories.

After 9 day competition, Bac Giang team bagged 2 silver and fiver bronze medals. The silver medallists included Dang Duc Hung (men’s traditional wrestling at 50kg weight category) and Than Thi Anh (women’s freestyle wrestling at 62 kg weight item).

With a young force, the result is highly appreciated to create a foundation so that the wrestling game will receive further investment to improve the level of achievement in the national champion arena.
