Bac Giang’s strengths and potentials promoted at 12th Vietnam-France decentralised cooperation conference
The delegation of Bac Giang province included representatives of the departments of Foreign Affairs, Industry and Trade, Culture, Sports and Tourism and the people’s committee of Bac Giang city.

This event was held to mark the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-France’s establishment of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of their strategic partnership.
The conference is expected to foster the cooperative ties among the localities of Vietnam and France after Covid-19 pandemic and make joint efforts to respond to current global challenges.
Within this event, the delegation of Bac Giang province attended the opening session and participated in various activities such as: the photo exhibition on Vietnam-France cooperation and cooperation among localities of Vietnam and France, panel discussions considering the topics of “sustainable urban areas”, “culture, heritage and tourism”, “environment, water and water treatment”, and “smart city and digitization” and “Vietnam-France business forum”.

Besides, Bac Giang province participated with an exhibition corner showcasing its 22 signature and key products at the local promotional space themed “Colours of Vietnam” and “Balade en France” festival.
This is a good opportunity for Bac Giang province to introduce its potentials and strengths on investment attraction, trade, culture and tourism to enterprises and localities in France and create new opportunities and linkage contributing to fostering the progress for comprehensive cooperation and sustainable development of Vietnam and France.
