Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Anh Duong orders to focus on disbursement of public investment capital and lychee consumption
BAC GIANG - The Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee (PPC) on May 21 held regular meeting in May under the chair of PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong. The event was attended by Lam Thi Huong Thanh, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; three Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Mai Son, Le O Pich, Phan The Tuan.
According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, the socio-economic situation in May and the first 5 months of the year achieved positive results. Industrial production witnessed good growth.

Industrial production value (current prices) is estimated to reach more than 60.7 trillion VND (2.6 billion USD) in May and more than 266.8 trillion VND in the first 5 months, increasing 26% over the same period last year and reaching nearly 41% of the yearly plan.
The agricultural production is stable. At this time, all sectors and localities have actively prepared conditions for lychee consumption.
