Playing the role of a YF Chairman, recently Cong has focused on instructing to seek the solutions to enhance the operational quality in district YF and member organizations as well as developing the lower clubs.

Annually, the district YF Committee organizes several journeys to the origin to create favourable condition to the youth members to learn about national history.

Since 2015, all YF levels in the district have built many youth self managed roads, propaganda models on safe traffic, 38 tanks to collect packages of plant protection products, 48 youth flower roads, 17 rural lighting projects with total length of 35 km as well as supported to construct 6 entertainment facilities to the children.

Besides, all levels of YF launched to raise the fund “Accompanying students to the school”, hence helping present thousands of bicycles, lamps, blankets, warm clothes, books and studying tools.

For 4 years, the district YF Committee has linked to establish 11 youth clubs such as Young Entrepreneur, Start-up Youth in Agriculture Sector, Young Doctor, Live Blood Bank, Youth with Disabilities...that contributes to drawing more youth members.

Since 2015, Vu Chi Cong has been awarded many Certificates of Merit bestowed by the Central Youth Union, provincial Youth Union, provincial YF Committee, VYF Committee and Chairman of the district People’s Committee.
