Concentrated waste water treatment system built in Industrial Clusters

(BGO) – To well manage and mobilize various sources to invest in more and more synchronous infrastructure construction at the Industrial Clusters (ICs) in the northern province of Bac Giang, the Department of Industry and Trade consult the provincial People’s Committee about issuing the project of “Management and development of the ICs infrastructure in Bac Giang province by 2030”. 

Accordingly, the capital will be prioritized to invest in the ICs infrastructure with a target of building the qualified concentrated system of wastewater treatment by 2030 while improving the managing efficiency to the ICs in general and ICs infrastructure in particular.

Besides, it should finalize the management contact point that receives and handles the issues relating to the ICs operation. By 2020, the province strives to have the concentrated wastewater treatment system built at 50 percent of the currently operating ICs that meet the condition and standard for the ICs.

At first, the sources are mobilized to support the construction of the concentrated wastewater treatment system to the ICs founded before December 8, 2016 from now on till 2020.

The projects will be executed with a total investment of 37 billion VND (about 1.6 million USD), including 17.5 billion VND (754,000 USD) supported by the provincial budget and 19.5 billion VND (840,800 USD) from the counterpart capitals of the People’s Committees in the districts and city.
