Da Mai Cooperative has two new products
According to Luong Thi Dien who is in charge of managing the Cooperative, the Cooperative has produced dried vermicelli from 500 kilogram of rice that is actually preferred by many customers.

At the consumption promotion conference of the products made by cooperatives in Bac Giang province with cooperatives in other provinces and cities held at Bac Giang city, several supermarkets have contacted with Da Mai Cooperative to order the product in the upcoming time.
The prominent advantages of dried vermicelli include long time preservation, easy processing and transportation.
To date, Da Mai Cooperative has 25 members and produces main products of rolled cake (a Vietnamese rice dish), banh tro (made from sticky rice soaked into the ash water), fresh vermicelli, dried vermicelli and others.
