Dong Son Bridge put into use at the end of September
BAC GIANG - The Dong Son bridge construction project in Yen The and Lang Giang districts is a key transport project in the northen province of Bac Giang.
The project was started in December 2023. It is invested by the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction for Transport and Agricultural Projects. Thang Long Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) is the contractor.

The contractor focuses on cleaning the bridge surface to prepare for the asphalt pavement. |
The total investment of the project hits 75 billion VND (3.25 million USD) from the provincial budget. The bridge is newly built to replace the old bridge with the bridge surface of 12 m width, reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete structure.
The roadbed width at both ends of the bridge is 12 m, the sidewalk width is 5 m. The route is equipped with drainage system, lighting and traffic safety signs.
At this time, there are about 30 officers and workers working 2 shifts per day at the construction site to complete the remaining items such as: asphalt pavement, installation of lighting system.
The investor strives to put the project into use at the end of September this year, as planned.
The project is completed to promptly overcome the risk of traffic unsafety due to the old bridge's deterioration; gradually completing the traffic infrastructure network of Yen The and Lang Giang districts.

BAC GIANG - The Ministry of Transport has just approved for Cam Ly railway bridge project in Luc Nam district (Bac Giang province) on the Kep-Ha Long railway route with a total estimated investment of more than 796 billion VND (nearly 39 million USD) to separate the railway bridge and ensure safety.
BAC GIANG - On the morning of April 13, Soc Son district (Hanoi City) held the technical traffic opening ceremony for the route connecting the Cau River overpass (Xuan Cam bridge, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province) to the Bac Phu intersection of new Hanoi – Thai Nguyen National Highway 3 (Route).
