Drastic measures in site work conducted in Bac Giang province to create land source attracting new investment wage
The representatives confirmed encouraging results in several fields in May and for the first 5 months of 2020 despite many difficulties were caused by Covid-19 pandemic. Most of the production, business and living activities gained normal status gradually.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE), basically the People’s Committee in the districts and city persuaded the residents and handled the obstacles to ask them declare and make the list for preparing the profile for compensation methods to support the site work at the undone projects.
The DoNRE made the draft auction plan for the right of mineral exploitation at 32 mines, organize the poll to gather the opinions from the relevant departments and sectors as well as the People’s Committee in the districts and city...
The districts and city treated 33 points of waste accumulation (including 15 arising points with huge quantity) with total volume of 300 cubic meters, dredge 30km of canals and clean more than 150km of rural road.
The provincial competent agencies proved that the administrative handling document at level 3 and 4 in May and for the first 5 months was much lower than last year (33.9 percent), the document using postal service was slightly higher which was one of the reason leading to lower score of the provincial competitiveness index recently.
After listening to the discussion, the PPC Chairman Duong Van Thai concluded that the province now focuses on two key tasks of boosting up the production and business as well as well prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
Firstly, the local departments, sectors and localities should well promote the lychee consumption, prevent the natural disasters and handle any claim from citizen.

The provincial leader urged them to be more strict in the site work and compensation for the key projects and items while paying attention to the traffic infrastructure projects, urban areas, especially the industrial parks and clusters so as to create more and more clean land sources to welcome the upcoming new investment wages.
The DoNRE should promptly review and add the plan of exploitation mines for soil, construction material, sand, stones in the river to have stricter control method.
Regarding the administrative reform, the PPC Chairman informed that the province will discuss more thorough measure to enhance 4 indices relating to the PCI and PAR Index.
