Driver Tran Quang Han honored for voluntarily drives to Dong Thap to help fight pandemic

(BGO) -  Acknowledging the kind heart and good dead of driver Tran Quang Han who voluntarily drove over 1,700km to Dong Thap to help fight pandemic, Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee Le Anh Duong on July 22 inked the Decision to bestow him a Certificate of Merit.

Han was born in 1981 in Than Phu residential area, Doi Ngo township (Luc Nam district). During the past outbreak, he often drove his family's ambulance to serve local epidemic prevention and control.

He also called for and connected kind hearts to donate medical supplies, food and necessities to the Medical Center in Luc Nam district and several medical quarantine areas in the district.

When the local situation was put under control, Han is ready to support Southern localities in the fight against Covid-19.
