(BGO) – According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has
decided to recognize 110 national typical rural industrial products in 2019 including Kim Ngan
vinegar from the northern province of Bac Giang.
Kim Ngan vinegar is produced by Ngan Giang Trading Company Limited (Luc Ngan district). The lychee originated vinegar made its first debut in 2015.

So far, the company has supplied many types of vinegar with various origins from lychee, green jujube, docynia indica, apricot, chilli and garlic…to satisfy the customers’ demand.
Monthly, the company produces some 30,000 liters of vinegar of all kinds which are sold at several stores, big supermarket as well as exported to Japan and Australia.

After receiving the certificate of typical rural industrial product, the agencies will be allowed to print and stamp the programme logo on the product package; prioritised to facilitate in trade promotion, brand introduction and consult about the support policy under the industrial encouragement event, adding to the cash prize.
A ceremony is scheduled on September 18, 2019 to honor and grant the certificate of national typical rural industrial products in Hanoi.

National Office of Intellectual Property of
Vietnam (under Ministry of Science and Technology) has granted the protection
certificate for the collective brand of two farm products in Luc Nam district,
Bac Giang province including Kham Lang taro of Agricultural Service Cooperative
in Kham Lang commune and Bac Lung sweet potato in Bac Lung Agricultural Service
Cooperative.
