The project is executed in the communes of Chu Dien, Kham Lang and Yen Son in Luc Nam district with total reclamation area of 147 ha. The district has cleared 123.5ha, accounting for over 84 percent and disbursed for 212 out of 231 families and individuals with total amount of 67.6 billion VND (2.98 million USD).

The competent staff in Luc Nam district and Chu Dien commune and local people check the land for compensation and clearance for project execution.

To ensure the project schedule, in the upcoming time, the Center will focus on speeding up the site work, handle the obstacles and implement other tasks while collaborating with communes to communicate and popularize the policies, guidelines and rate for compensation so that the local people can understand and follow.

The authority must be determined to remove any illegally constructed building, establish sufficient documents for restraining order to inobservant case as regulation. All task should be completed in March and April 2022.

Investor – Truong An Golf Joint Stock Company should strictly cooperate with the Center, People’s Committee in communes to actively and urgently handle any obstacle arising in project implementation.
