Luc Nam focuses on site work for Golf course and resort project
The Project covers 147ha which are related to 350 households and individuals in seven villages of Yen Son, Kham Lang and Chu Dien communes.

Right after the provincial People’s Council issued the Resolution allowing to reclaim the land for project execution, the district People’s Committee announced to communes, directed and called on participation from the whole political system, party committee, authority, Fatherland Front Committee and organizations from district, commune to village so as to communicate and raise the awareness about the Project’s meaning and importance to general development of the district.
The communes and villages launched meetings to local people, tallied the land by open and transparent ways, so most of the people agreed with the policy of land reclamation for project execution. The compensation price for production forestry, rice cultivation, fishery, old trees…is approved correctly as the price list issued by the provincial People’s Committee.
Chu Dien commune has huge area of land for reclamation with over one million square meters of 247 households in several villages of Ha My, Mau Son, Ha Tu and Doi Gai. Almost all people agreed and cooperated with the authorities to conduct the site work.
In other communes, the land clearance has been actively done. Family of Phung Van Huan in Quyet Tam village, Yen Son commune has 8,000 square meters of land for reclamation. Initially, he did not agree with the compensation programme because he thought the compensated price is not appropriate to the tree density. After receiving the propaganda and studying about the provincial regulation, his family inked the deal to receive 1.1 billion VND for compensation.
The district Center of Land Fund Development and Industrial Cluster (Center) has imposed many solutions and actively collaborated with local party and authorities to boost up the site work progress.
To date, 123.5 ha have been cleared, accounting for over 84 percent. However, 28 families and individuals have yet to agree with the reclamation for 3.3 ha of fishery and vegetable cultivation areas. Besides, 20 households still disagree with the compensation price for 12.7 ha.

The Center Director Tran Van Ngoc said in the upcoming time, the district and communes will persist on communicating and persuading local residents. For each case with conflict, they will have specific solution.
Particularly, the households with buildings illegally constructed on land for reclamation must be requested to urgently dismantle, collect the properties and remove. In case of disagreement, the People’s Committee in the commune will make sufficient report and document in line with the procedure for settlement and restraining.
Some households whose members are work in far distance and not present at the locality should contact to them and impose land reclamation and compensation normally without the witness of land owner.
The Center targets to complete these above mentioned issues in March and April to hand over 100 percent of the plane to investor as schedule.
