Now, the province has nearly 730 products protected by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam which are the key, typical and potential products in the province.

Thus, to improve its effectiveness, the competent agencies and localities have continued organizing the training courses to instruct the organizations and enterprises about the procedure of registering the intellectual property right, inspecting the implementation of Property Right in order to stabilize the market, especially in the current situation of global integration and competition.

(BGO) - With the goal of creating some products from small-leaf polyscias fruticosa, in 2018, the Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University was approved by the province to implement the project "Application of science and technology in growing small-leaf polyscias fruticosa”. After more than two years of implementation, the project has given certain results, opening up a new direction for development of medicinal plants in the locality.
