First of all, congratulate you on just being elected by the 19th Congress of the provincial Party Organisation as Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure. Could you brief the success of this Congress?

After more than two days of working, with the urgency, seriousness, democracy and responsibility, the Congress was a success in all aspects, ensuring the principles and regulations of the Party.

Adhering to the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity", the Congress focused on discussing, analyzing, evaluating the results of implementation of the Resolution of the 18th Congress in an objective, comprehensive and intensive manner as well as set out orientations, objectives and tasks for the term of the 19th Congress. On that basis, the Congress passed the Resolution with many very important policies and decisions.

The Congress elected a Party Committee and its Standing Board, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, Inspection Commission and head of the commission, and a delegation to attend the 13th National Party Congress.

What contents will the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board focus on to soon bring the Congress’s Resolution into life?

In order to soon bring the Resolution into life, we need to focus on following contents:

Firstly, right after the Congress, the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board will concretize the Resolution into a specific and detailed action programme and plan on the basis of closely following the real situation of the locality as the basis for agencies at for all levels and sectors to develop their own programmes and plans in line with their functions and tasks for effective implementation.

Secondly, we will urgently disseminate the Resolution to Party committees and organizations at all levels, agencies, units and localities as well as all officials and Party members in the provincial Party Organisation on the results of the Congress as well as basic objectives, tasks and orientations of the Resolution.

Thirdly, we will focus on reviewing, amending, supplementing and issuing synchronously regulations, programmes, plans and schemes of the new term in each field, in order to serve the timely, united and comprehensive leadership and direction throughout the term.

Fourthly, it is necessary to do well the popularisation of the Resolution in various vivid and creative forms to agencies at all levels, sectors and the entire population, so that all people have the right and responsibility to participate in and contribute to the successful implementation of the objectives set out by the Resolution.

Finally, it is a must to strengthen inspection and supervision to promptly lead and direct the settlement of difficulties in the implementation process.

On this occasion, what message do you want to send to the entire Party Organisation and people in the province?

The goals and tasks set out by the provincial Party Organisation for the new tenure are very heavy but also extremely honored and glorious. The entire Party Organisation and people of all ethnic groups in the province should continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and the aspiration to rise up, and unanimously overcome all difficulties and challenges to successfully realise the objectives and tasks set in the Resolution, thus making the homeland of Bac Giang more and more beautiful and civilized, and the people's life more and more prosperous and happier.
