Provincial leader Le Thi Thu Hong visits, presents gifts to national contributors
The delegation visited Nguyen Thi Vuong (born in 1932) in Quyet Thang hamlet, Dong Tan commune, mother of martyr Nguyen Van Dao who died in the Northern Border Defense War and Duong Duc Tuong (born in 1944), an invalid and agent orange victim in Hoang Lien hamlet, Hoang An commune.

These national contributors face especially disadvantaged conditions. Vuong suffers from catastrophe with two blind eyes while Tuong suffers from diabetic complications that he has to move with a wheelchair.
The PPC permanent Deputy Secretary gave them a gift package, each worth 1.3 million VND (55.8 USD). Besides, leader of the Party Committee of Hiep Hoa district presented them a gift package valued at 500,000 VND (21.5 USD).
On behalf of the leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Father Front, Le Thi Thu Hong asked after the living of the families. She expected the national contributors’ families would continue promoting the revolutionary tradition, overcome difficulties and encourage their children to ceaselessly study, practice and work.
On this occasion, the PPC permanent Deputy Secretary requested the leaders of Hiep Hoa district and its communes to continue paying attention to fulfilling the policies of the Party and State to better care for the policy beneficiary families and national contributors.
