They include families of the martyrs; sick soldiers, invalids; Vietnam Heroic Mothers; Hero of the People's Armed Forces; Labor Heroes; revolutionary officers; pre-revolutionary officers; war prisoners (alive); victims of chemical (direct exposure cases who are provided the allowance); 65 sick soldiers being nursed at the Provincial Nursing Center for the National Contributors and Lang Giang Invalids Nursing Center.

Besides, the province mobilized expenses to gift 7 concentrated nursing and treatment establishments in and outside the province which care for Bac Giang’s wounded soldiers as well as outstanding national contributors in 10 districts and city (20 people), each worth 1.3 million VND (56 USD) per person. Total value of the gift hit more than 19.4 million billion VND (over 837,600 USD).

Representative of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has visited and offered gifts to the national contributors under caring at the Provincial Nursing Center for the National Contributors in Xuong Giang ward (Bac Giang city) since July 7 – 20. The gifts are valued at nearly 20 million VND (863 USD).

The amount will be mobilized to supplement the food to improve the quality and nutritious value of the meals as well as gift to encourage more than 300 war invalids, sick soldiers of Yen Dung and Lang Giang districts under treatment here.
