According to the Department of Construction, the province has 2,784 beneficiary households under the Decision, in which 1,776 new houses are built, 1,008 old houses are repaired. The central budget supported 86.64 billion VND (over 3.7 million USD) while the provincial budget mobilized 4.56 billion VND (nearly 197,000 USD) .

To date, 2,737 houses have been completed the construction and reparation, 43 others are under construction and only 4 houses has yet to be done. The localities have disbursed the money to 2,707 households with a total amount of 88.5 billion VND (over 3.8 million USD).

Several districts have completed the task such as Hiep Hoa, Lang Giang, Luc Ngan and Son Dong while others have yet to fulfil with delayed schedule and many obstacles like Yen The, Luc Nam, Tan Yen, Viet Yen and Yen Dung.

After discussion, the representatives exchanged that the districts encountered many difficulties in budget mobilization because the irregular expenditures are increased causing impact on the expense arrangement to implement the Decision No.22.

Concluding the meeting, PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong pressed to complete the implementation of the Decision No.22 in 2019, thus the localities were urged to promptly complete the support in building and repairing the houses for the revolutionary contributors.

The formalities and disbursement should be timely done for the completed projects while approving for the review result, controlling any new arising issue and immediately facilitating to ensure the task completion in this year.

The districts and city were encouraged to actively arrange the budgets, mobilize other sources to socialize this task so as to avoid to relying on the central and provincial budgets. The departments of Construction, Finance, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment were assigned to expedite, inspect and summarize the number, schedule to have timely instruction to the localities to gain the best result.
