In a joyful atmosphere, the delegates and people of Cong Luoc hamlet reviewed the 89-year tradition of building the great national unity bloc. The local leaders reported the hamlet’s achievements in building new-style rural areas and cultural life. The village has 202 households, with 934 people. All of them are Cao Lan ethnic minorities, with the main source of income coming from agriculture.

Speaking at the festival, Hai congratulated and praised the efforts and results in building new-style rural areas and cultural life by cadres and people of Cong Luoc hamlet.

He emphasized that despite being a particularly difficult hamlet which is far from the district and communal centers, over the past time, people in Cong Luoc hamlet have united to preserve and promote the local cultural values as well as made contributions to realizing the common socio-economic development goals.

The Secretary of the provincial Party Committee asked the hamlet’s management board, Front board and mass organizations to continue upholding the spirit of solidarity and creativity in building new-style rural areas and cultural life in the locality; pay attention to supporting difficult households in developing economic models to get out of poverty; and focus on building cultural institutions and schools, and improving the spiritual life for people in disadvantaged areas.

The same day, Bui Van Hanh, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council and representatives of the Fatherland Front Committees of the province and Hiep Hoa district took part in the Great National Unity Festival 2019 in Tan Son village, Hung Son commune (Hiep Hoa district).

Talking to the officials, Party members and people of Tan Son village, Hanh acknowledged and congratulated them on the good achievements the locality has made over the past time.

He shared good and creative ways in some localities throughout the country when performing the task of building cultural life for local people to study and follow. On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, he presented flowers and a television to Tan Son village.

On November 10, the Front board of An Binh village, Tan Tien commune (Bac Giang city) held the Great National Unity Festival 2019. Attending the event was Nguyen Cong Thuc, member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and head of the committee’s Organization Board.

Speaking here, Thuc congratulated An Binh village on the excellent results achieved in the movement “all people unite to build new-style rural and civilized urban areas”.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Thuc gave An Binh village a basket of flowers and a television. On this occasion, the Bac Giang city Party Committee’s leaders presented 5 million VND to An Binh village.
