The project is located next to the intersection of Truong Chinh - Nguyen Van Linh, possessing a prime location when conveniently connecting to key traffic axes.

With a total area of ​​over 12,000 square meters, the project includes three 19-storey buildings, providing 1,265 apartments with optimal design, maximizing natural light and ventilation. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in 2026.

Targeting to sustainable development, Ecohome Song Thuong is built according to international green standards. Environmentally friendly technology and materials are applied to reduce energy consumption, save water and optimize operating costs for residents. The project's groundbreaking contributes to providing opportunities for low and middle income people to own houses.

At the ceremony, the investor representative committed to selling social housing to proper subject and creating a model, humane and sustainable social housing area, improving the quality of life of the people together with partners and related units.

Speaking at the ceremony, the PPC Chairman Nguyen Viet Oanh praised the authorities, sectors and investors for their proactive and concerted efforts to get the project started.

He emphasized that developing social housing is a major policy of the Party and State to achieve the goal stipulated in our country's Constitution: "The State has a policy to develop housing, facilitate everyone to have a place to live".

To date, the province has implemented 14 social housing projects, with an expected construction of about 29,000 apartments. The province has also been assigned by the Prime Minister a target of completing about 70,000 social housing units in the 2025-2030 period.

At the ceremony, the PPC Chairman Nguyen Viet Oanh requested the investor, agencies and units to well implement the plan and be determined to complete the project according to the commitment with the Provincial People's Committee.

644 social housing projects launched nationwide

As of December 2024, a total of 644 social housing projects have been launched across the country, with a planned scale of 580,109 units. Among these, 96 projects have been completed, delivering 57,652 units; 133 projects are currently under construction, accounting for 110,217 units; and 415 projects have received investment approval, with a planned scale of 412,240 units.
