Speaker of Parliament of Singapore cheers badminton match between Singapore – Malaysia in Bac Giang
Greeting the Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore and delegates, Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thu Hong cum Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council briefed the guests on local preparation for badminton in Bac Giang province during over two months.

She pressed on the enthusiasm encouragement from near and far spectators since the first competition day of May 16 at Bac Giang Gymnasium. The Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council also affirmed the present of Singaporean leader is a great encouragement to athletes competing at badminton event at SEA Games 31 in general and Singaporean players in particular.

Speaking at the event, the Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore Tan Chuan-Jin highly spoke of the careful preparation of the host Bac Giang for badminton event at SEA Games 31. He expressed happiness when Vietnam well control Covid-19 pandemic and put every socio-economic activity in normal state.

He said SEA Games 31 is not only a tourney for athlete’s competition but also chance for spectators to cheer up and widespread sport spirit to all the people.
