379 Investment JSC gives hot bonus of 200 million VND to Bac Giang gold medalist in badminton event at SEA Games 31

(BGO) – To stimulate and encourage Bac Giang athletes competing at the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31), 379 Investment Joint Stock Company (JSC) gave hot bonuses to medalists on May 16 at the Bac Giang provincial Gymnasium in the South urban area of Bac Giang  city.

The company director Nguyen Van Tuyen handed over bonus of 55 million VND to 9 athletes and 2 coaches, including athletes Nguyen Thi Oanh, Pham Tien San (athletics), Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (Wushu), Nguyen Thi Mai Hung, Vo Thi Kim Phung (chess), Pham Van Hai, Than Van Anh, Tran Thi Phuong Thuy, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan (badminton) and two coaches of Chu Viet Bac (badminton) and Giap Xuan Dinh (chess).

Director of 379 Investment Joint Stock Company Nguyen Van Tuyen gives bonus to Bac Giang athletes competing at badminton and other games at SEA Games 31 via representative of Bac Giang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

To encourage athletes to gain high achievement, he confirmed to continue giving hot bonus to Bac Giang badminton players at the Games. Particularly, gold medalist will be rewarded 200 million VND (over 8,700 USD) while 100 million VND will be presented to silver and bronze winners.

The Badminton event is set to take place at Bac Giang provincial Gymnasium from May 16 – 22, 2022 with the participation of 135 athletes from eight countries of Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore an Vietnam.

Vietnam National Badminton Team has 20 members competing at all categories of badminton.

The women team’s quarterfinal matches were held between the Singapore and the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia on May 16 morning while men team’s quarterfinal matches between Indonesia and Cambodia, Thailand – the Philippines, Laos – Singapore, Vietnam – Malaysia in the afternoon.
