Students to register for high school graduation exams from June 15-30

Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phuc has signed and issued guidance on admission to university levels and enrolment at college level in preschool education in 2020.

Accordingly, candidate registration for high school graduation exams or university and college entrance examinations is expected to take place from June 15-30.

This year, each candidate can only adjust the registration for admission within the specified time and can only use one of two methods: online or by registration form.

Candidates who wish to review exam subjects will adjust their aspiration to register for admission after the results of the high school graduation exam are issued.

The Ministry of Education and Training has also required that the universities’ admission schemes must provide complete and clear information about enrolment as prescribed.

Universities and colleges must also publicly disclose the quality assurance conditions in determining enrolment criteria, prequalification conditions, admission conditions, admissions complexes, and preferential policies.

Universities’ priority should be attached to training requirements with an aim to select candidates with good academic qualifications and dedication to the profession to improve the quality of training and ensure the employability of students after graduation.
