Test Kitchen Vietnam 2019 treats visitors to Japanese cuisine
Organized by the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) at the venue for the third time, the event aims to promote Japanese gastronomy among Vietnamese.

During its 11-day course, local food lovers can enjoy traditional dishes of Japan like ramen noodle and tofu soup, while Japanese enterprises can study the market regarding consumer tastes and preferences, food material sources, prices, and human resources.

According to a survey by JETRO, Vietnam was ranked fourth among nations preferred by Japanese service enterprises when expanding operations overseas.

Apart from trade
Statistics showed that there are more than 1,000 Japanese restaurants in Vietnam in 2017, including over 650 in HCM City.
