Viet Yen mobilizes over 1 trillion VND to develop traffic infrastructure

(BGO) – To inspire the fast and sustainable development in the period 2016 – 2020, Viet Yen district (Bac Giang province) has mobilized over 1 trillion VND (46.3 million USD) to invest in traffic field including 95 percent of district budget, central budget and Government bond.

The investment helps create positive changes in traffic infrastructure toward a synchronous and modern traffic network.

The overpass over Bac Giang – Hanoi Expressway is constructing at the sector of Van Trung industrial park (Viet Yen district).

Many key routes in the district were revamped, built and upgraded such as Belt road No. 4, overpass and frontage road of the national road No.1, the linkage road between national road No.17 to Vietnam Korean – Dinh Tram industrial parks and national road No.37, the belt road in Bich Dong town...

Also, the district has paid due attention to upgrading the rural traffic system in both length, scale and investment quality. To date, the district has concreted 163 km of communal road, nearly 300 km of village roads, over 287 km of inner field routes to ensure the smooth transportation of various vehicles.
