Recently, the district Party Committee and People's Committee of Soc Son district (Hanoi City) have focused on drastically directing site clearance work, requiring specialized units to coordinate with construction contractors to speed up the progress to build the road connecting to Xuan Cam - Bac Phu bridge.

The construction of road connecting Soc Son district with Xuan Cam bridge is accelerated.

According to Dao Xuan Truong, Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Soc Son district, the project's progress is checked daily while the investor closely follows the construction site and urges the contractor to accelerate all tasks.

“Firstly, we strive to complete the approximately 2 km long road before the Lunar New Year so that people can cross the bridge to Soc Son district and vice versa. Overall, the entire project will be completed before the second quarter of 2024," Truong said.

The Xuan Cam - Bac Phu bridge is more than 479 m long and 12 m wide. It was invested and completed by Bac Giang province. When Soc Son district focuses on building the road connecting to the bridge, it will contribute to effectively exploiting and using the project; promoting traffic connection between Bac Giang province and Hanoi, creating favorable conditions to attract investment into the two localities.
