Bac Giang boasts five outstanding national teachers
1. Le Thi Ha (born in 1980), History teacher at Le Quy Don Secondary School, Bac Giang city
In 2001, after graduating from the Ngo Gia Tu College in Bac Giang, teacher Le Thi Ha worked at the Dong Viet Secondary School in her hometown of Yen Dung, where she had previously studied.

In charge of teaching History, she explored information technology applications, used software to design lectures, and effectively utilized pictures, visual aids, and documentaries in lectures to make students love the subject. During lecturing, the teacher actively integrated local history and real-life issues to help students better understand the traditions of their homeland.
Always researching and innovating ways of approaching the subject, for many consecutive years she won the title of excellent teacher at district and provincial levels. She was also in charge of fostering excellent students in History in Yen Dung district. In 2017, she moved to the Le Quy Don Secondary School to directly teach ninth-grade History excellent students in Bac Giang city.
For five consecutive years, Ha has always had students win high prizes in excellent student competitions at all levels and won the title of “Chien si thi dua” (excellent performer in emulation movement) at the grassroots and provincial levels. She received nine certificates of merit by the Minister of Education and Training and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.
2. Tran Ba Minh (born in 1979), Physics teacher at Le Quy Don Secondary School, Bac Giang city
Teacher Tran Ba Minh has taught many generations of students, from extremely difficult communes to urban areas of Bac Giang province. In 2000, after graduating from the Ngo Gia Tu College in Bac Giang, Minh worked at the Son Hai Secondary School (Luc Ngan district).

Despite teaching in a difficult area, he always had the most effective method to deliver knowledge to students, making them eager in learning, and making Physics more practical and useful in life.
When the Le Quy Don Secondary School was established, he was assigned to move here to teach the team of excellent students of Bac Giang city. Since 2009, he has always won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level.
He has been granted with the title of “Chien si thi dua” at the grassroots level for five years, and awarded nine certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and two others by the Minister of Education and Training.
3. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (born in 1988), teacher at Huong Vi Kindergarten, Yen The district
15 years of working with preschool pupils, teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao has always put all her love and enthusiasm into the work of caring for and educating children.

She has always focused on designing classroom space and brought many experiential elements into children's playing and exploration activities. Her class has become a model in the school for the "happy, child-centered classroom".
During the teaching process, the teacher uses many visual aids and vivid illustrations, making the lessons more attractive, and helps children understand and master the lessons. In the 2022-2023 school year, Thao won the title of “Chien si thi dua” at the grassroots level; excellent teachers at the provincial level for the 2020-2024 period; and a certificate of merit by the Minister of Education and Training.
4. Vuong Truong Son (born in 1986), Chemistry teacher at Bac Giang High School for the Gifted
Ever a former student majoring in Chemistry of the Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted, after graduating from the Hanoi University of Education, Son continued to study for a master's degree.

In 2010, he returned to teach at the Bac Giang High School for the Gifted. In the first year of teaching the team of excellent Chemistry students, he had all the eight students winning national awards. For seven consecutive years, the Chemistry team led by him always had 85-100% of students winning prizes.
In the 2022-2023 school year, they pocketed nine out of 10 prizes, including two first, four second, two third and one consolation prizes. Among them, a student won a silver medal at the Abu Reikhan Beruniy International Chemistry Olympiad held in Uzbekistan in 2023. With excellent achievements, teacher Vuong Truong Son was awarded five certificates of merit by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and two others by the Minister of Education and Training.
5. Nguyen Thi Yen (born in 1984), Chemistry teacher at Luc Nam High School
For many years, teacher Nguyen Thi Yen has been successful in guiding generations of students at the district school to achieve high scores in Chemistry in university entrance exams.

Her scientific teaching method has helped students understand the nature of the problems, master knowledge and handle difficult questions, stimulating their exploration and creativeness.
In high school graduation exams, the school's average score in Chemistry was always higher than the average of the province and the country. For many consecutive years, the students in the class with Yen as homeroom teacher have all passed university entrance exams, some of them achieved 10 marks in Chemistry, and high scores in the competency assessment exams organized by universities. Dedicated to every lesson, Yen has won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level many times.
