The municipal authority enhances responsibility for performing public duties and effectively handling administrative procedures by diversifing channels for receiving information, reflecting recommendations and promptly resolving them.

Meanwhile, the city well organizes communication activities, promotes and widespreads the image of the government, cadres, civil servants and public employees as well as the dynamic and creative way of working of the local government to the business community and citizens.

In 2023, Bac Giang city ranked 2nd in the competitiveness index at the district and city levels.
