Bac Giang Province currently has 16 established industrial parks, with an occupancy rate of nearly 45%; of which 3 industrial parks are 100% occupied and 4 industrial parks are 90% occupied.

9,600 active enterprises are employing 342,000 workers. The province’s industrial parks host more than 500 investment projects, creating jobs for about 222,000 laborers.

To attract manpower for enterprises, especially in industrial parks, provincial authorities have gradually enhanced state management effectiveness over labor, ensuring employment and income for them.

Currently, average monthly income for unskilled workers in Bac Giang enterprises has reached 8-13 million VND (347 – 565 USD) per person per month, rising 6% annually since 2021. Skilled laborers earn 10-15 million VND per person per month, while managers monthly earn from 15 million VND per person.

Workers in the province are fully entitled to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance after signing labor contracts. In addition, the province focuses on infrastructure investment, improving basic social services, especially housing.

The companies in the province currently provide 30,000 accommodations for workers while localities in the province have about 150,000 rental rooms.

In 2025, investors are implementing 14 social housing projects with more than 29,000 apartments to facilitate stable living for out-of-province workers, encouraging long-term attachment to enterprises.

Regarding meals, so far, 638 out of 674 (94.6%) enterprises with grassroots unions organize meals for workers; 100% of these support meal costs at a rate of 18,000VND per meal or more.

Since 2022, the Provincial People’s Committee has decided to establish the Industrial Parks Medical Center, helping workers access better healthcare services; cultural, sports, and educational facilities continue to receive attention and investment from local authorities and businesses, ensuring workers’ welfare while working at enterprises.
