The Center is located at Nenh town (Viet Yen district) and has four departments and divisions to supply professional and technical services relating to preventive health care, including disease preventive tasks (supervising, screening to early detect the infection, vaccinating, implementing measures to combat the disease and recover its consequences) prevention and control of the factors leading to disease outbreak.

The Center also provides activities to ensure labour safety and hygiene, labour health, prevention of occupational disease, working accident, environmental sanitation and protection among others.

The Board of Director has three persons. Nguyen Huu Son (born in 1980), Vice Director of Yen Dung district Medical Center was assigned as Director of the Center.

At the event, Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Mai Son and leader of the Department of Health handed over the Decision to establish the Center and assign the Board of Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, PPC Vice Chairman pressed that the establishment of the Center proved for due attention of the provincial leader to the medical sector and healthcare tasks for labours at the IP.

Now, the province has more than 180,000 workers at the IP. To serve huge number of subjects, the Center was urged to urgently prepare man power with professional capability, suitable appointment and implement the assigned tasks while making the operational regulation and coordination agreement with other agencies under the IP Management Board as well as revamping the facilities, buying medical supplies and materials for operation, especially preventing and controlling Covid-19 pandemic.

(BGO) – According to the Industrial Park Management Board (IPMB), Bac Giang now has 385 operating companies in the industrial parks (IP) with more than 190,000 labours, 98.57 percent and 97.95 percent of whom received one and two vaccine shot respectively.
