Bac Giang further enhances effectiveness of social policy credit capital
Implementing the Directive, the party and state authorities have well acknowledged the role and position of SPC in realizing the target of sustainable poverty reduction, creating jobs to ensure the social welfare and build new style rural.

As of June 30, 2019, total SPC capital in Bac Giang province hit over 4.2 trillion VND (181.5 million USD) which helped 149,200 poor households and other policy beneficiaries loan the capital to develop the production and improve the life.
Speaking at the event, PPC Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thu Ha and Le Ngoc Bao, Member of the Executive Council, Head of the Control Board for the Executive Council of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) urged the party and state authorities to reinforce the leadership on the SPC activities while considering it as one of the key tasks in the regular operation, plan and programme.

Besides, all SPC capitals sourced from the state budget and other socio – political organizations should be gathered and managed by the BSP while arranging the capital of local budget consigning to the BSP so as to provide the loan to poor households and other policy beneficiaries.
The provincial BSP was requested to adhere to the economic criteria of the province and VBSP to firmly remain and increase the quality in operation; actively consult the provincial Party Committee, the PPC and Representative Board for the Executive Council of BSP at all levels about the SPC activities in the province.

The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of all levels should further boost up the communication and popularization of the policies and instructions from the Party, State and province about SPC; closely coordinate with the local BSP and authority in consigning the capital and improving the quality of SPC operation.
On the occasion, the certificates of merit were presented to 30 collectives and individuals with many excellent achievements in implementing the Directive No 40 by the PPC Chairman, to 15 collectives and individuals by VBSP while 16 individuals were awarded by the provincial BSP in the Contest on Studying Directive No 40.
