Bac Giang’s youth actively responds to Youth Month

(BGO) – Responding to the 2020 Youth Month, the youth agencies and organizations in Bac Giang province on March 1 simultaneously launched several activities such as exchanging waste for plant, growing new trees, cleaning up the environment, communicating about prevention and control of Covid - 19.

At 10 districts and city, the youth agencies joined hands in “5 green” movement to build green village, organization, school, unit and family.

In Bac Giang city, the youth members realized 5 locations to call for people to exchange old books, newspapers, toys and wastes for trees at Tran Phu Secondary School, the gate of provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the Industrial Technology College, Ngo Quyen market and Song Khe commune.

Also, they delivered more than 5,000 face masks, soaps and communication leaflets about preventive measures against Covid-19 to the residents.

At the Head office of the provincial Public Security, the Department of Science and Technology, the youth members cleaned up the environment, grew and pruned trees to build green office.

The youth at provincial Disease Control Center spray the disinfectant to Ngo Quyen Kindergarten School (Bac Giang city).

Besides, the youths in the provincial Disease Control Center volunteered to spray the disinfectant at the schools in Ngo Quyen and Tran Phu wards.

Bac Giang win 4 medals at national youth tennis championship
(BGO) – The 2019 National Youth Tennis Championship successfully closed after 8 day competition (from November 2 - 9) in Vinh city, Nghe An province. Bac Giang delegation won 4 medals (2 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze). 
Chairman of Youth Federation in Hiep Hoa district Vu Chi Cong bestowed national award
(BGO) – The Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) on October 15 held a ceremony to celebrate the 63th anniversary of the VYF’s Traditional Day and present the October 15 award to 15 Youth Federation officers of all levels and chairmen of the youth clubs across the nation, including Vu Chi Cong, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Chairman of Youth Federation (YF) of Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province.
Special passion for youth movement and invention
(BGO) – The twelve grader Dao Khanh Linh in Biology honor class is now assigned as Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Bac Giang High School for the Gifted. Actively joining the youth movement, Khanh Linh also has special passion for research and invention.

(BGO) – Strictly adhering to the instruction from the Central Youth Union, Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee under the motto “Bac Giang youth consolidate and promote the creative thinking and voluntary youth strength toward prosperous and civilized Bac Giang province”, all levels of provincial youth union and associations have taken great efforts to gain outstanding achievements in youth union and movement for 5 years.
