Accordingly, the planning scope belongs to the administrative boundaries of My Thai, Xuan Huong and Tan Dinh communes, Lang Giang district.

The northwest is adjacent to Xuan Huong – My Thai road, the southeast borders the newly planned road and Lien Son residential area, the northeast is adjacent to the planned belt road No 5 and the west borders the residential area of Gai village and Xuan Huong – Tan Dinh urban area.

The total planning area is around 197.36 hectares. The IP is expected to attract about 20,800 workers.

It is targeted to develop as a multi-sector IP, with a priority on attracting industries with modern, advanced and environment friendly technologies.

Priority is also given to some sectors such as manufacturing electrical, electronic and refrigeration devices, cutting-edge technology products serving electronic and information technology industries, mechanical engineering, machinery manufacturing, moulding, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, vaccine, and medical equipment production, food and fruit processing and production of other types of goods that meet the criteria of modern and high-tech production lines.

Based on the planning, competent authorities will proceed next steps including approval of investment policies, investor selection, construction and investment attraction.
