Nearly 23.2 billion VND allocated to gift families of national contributors
BAC GIANG - On the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947–2025), the Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee has allocated nearly 23.2 billion VND (one million USD) from the state budget to present gifts to approximately 33,000 individuals who rendered meritorious services to the country.
Recipients include families of martyrs; war invalids and sick soldiers; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; Heroes of the People's Armed Forces and Labor Heroes; veteran revolutionaries; pre-revolution cadres; former prisoners of war; and chemical warfare victims who are receiving state allowances.

Gifts will also be given to war invalids and sick soldiers being cared for at the Provincial Center for People with Meritorious Services and the Lang Giang Center for War Invalids. Each gift is valued at 700,000 VND.
Additionally, the province will provide financial support to six organizations—both within and outside Bac Giang—that care for war invalids and sick soldiers from the province.
Outstanding individuals from the province’s 10 districts, township and city will receive gifts worth 2.5 million VND each.
