Accordingly, Tan My IC totally covers 11.26 hectares in Tan My commune, Bac Giang city that borders provincial road DT295B to the North, field of Gieng village (Tan My commune) to the South, agriculture land in Gieng and Chua villages (Tan My commune) to the East and Gieng village (Tan My commune) to the West.

As schedule, the IC consists of 8.4 hectares of factories and plants, 0.4 hectare of service and administrative area; 0.1 hectare of technical area; 1.2 hectares of tree area and 1 hectare of traffic land.

Besides, the Plan also works out the spacious organising solutions, landscape architecture, technical network organization, drainage system for rain and waste water and power supply among others.
