The whole province currently has 8 established industrial parks, including Quang Chau, Van Trung (Viet Yen), Song Khe - Noi Hoang (Bac Giang City), Yen Lu (Yen Dung), Hoa Phu (Hiep Hoa). Some parts of these industrial parks have not yet been cleared.

The infrastructure has not been constructed on the fist phase of expanded Hoa Phu Industrial Park.

In particular, there are several problems in land clearance for expanded Quang Chau Industrial Park (90 hectares) and first phase of expanded Hoa Phu industrial park (85 hectares), causing slow progress in infrastructure construction, affecting the attraction of secondary investors.

By the end of November 2023, the progress of site clearance in the expanded Quang Chau Industrial Park was 8 months slower than the request of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) in Conclusion No. 110 dated March 13, 2023.

Meanwhile, the land clearance for the existing Hoa Phu Industrial Park and the first phase of expanded Hoa Phu Industrial Park was done 5 months behind schedule set at the request of the PPC Chairman in Conclusion No. 277 dated June 18, 2023.

To speed up the progress of site clearance, infrastructure construction and investment attraction in local industrial parks, the provincial leaders regularly inspect and grasp the implementation situation at the grassroots level.

At the same time, they closely direct and work with infrastructure investors of industrial parks and People's Committees of relevant districts and city while asking localities, especially Viet Yen and Hiep Hoa districts, to exert effort and focus on propaganda, advocacy so as to create high consensus among people to hand over the remaining land.

Implementing the direction from the province, localities and relevant departments, branches and branches, industrial park infrastructure investors have taken active implementation.

To accelerate the site clearance for the remaining areas of industrial parks of Van Trung, Quang Chau, Viet Yen District People's Committee directed the District Land Fund Development and Industrial Cluster Center to further coordinate with other sectors, organizations and localities to promote propaganda, mobilize households to create consensus, quickly count the lands and its owners to approve for the compensation plans.

The investor of Quang Chau Industrial Park focuses on leveling the land and building infrastructure.

A representative of Hiep Hoa district's leaders informed that the district has highly focused on counting the lands and defining the owners so as to conduct the site work soon, create clear land fund and attract investors.

The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board strengthens state management, promptly grasp and support businesses in implementing investment procedures, production and business activities as well as solving problems arising in site clearance.
