Hanoi festival features dishes from eggs
The Eggs Festival will offer an opportunity for chefs to create dishes from eggs, including daily meals to the most luxurious dishes of Vietnamese and international cuisine.

The festival draws the participation of five well-known Vietnamese and international chefs including Hervé Rodriguez (French chef, owner and head chef of Herve Dining Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City), Hoang Tung (from T.U.N.G Dining Restaurant which was listed in the Top 100 Best Restaurants in Asia in 2021), Vo Hoang Nhan (Champion of Top Chef Vietnam Contest 2014), Le Xuan Tam (Chairman - World Association of Master Chefs in Vietnam and head chef of Moo Beef Restaurant), and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen (head chef of Movenpick Hanoi Hotel).
The chefs will also act as judges for the “Creative Chef” contest, with dishes cooked from eggs. The contest will feature the participation of ten chefs from various provinces and cities around the country.
Visitors to the festival will have the chance to experience many activities such as taking photos at the Egg Family check-in area, consisting of three giant eggs and 50 ostrich eggs which are artistically painted.
