Luc Ngan lychee is sold at high price in Japan

(BGO) – According to the Center of Industrial Encouragement and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade in Bac Giang province), the enterprises exporting Vietnamese fresh lychee to Japan has informed that Luc Ngan lychee was sold out after few hours at the supermarket chains in Tokyo capital and Osaka pefecture on the first selling day (June 21).

Now, the supermarkets in Japan only keep a small quantity for promotion at various events. The fresh lychee was sold at 180 – 270,000 VND (7.76 - 11.64 USD) per kg in Japanese market.
