Many businesses in Bac Giang industrial parks hire huge number of labour

(BGO) – Amid the global economic crisis, few orders and reduced workforce, many businesses operating in the industrial parks of Bac Giang province continue expanding production and hiring huge number of labours.

Typically, Luxshare – ICT Vietnam Company Limited in Quang Chau industrial Park (Viet Yen district) is on a strong development movement so it wants to employ over 100,000 labours.

The business now has 4 factories at Quang Chau and Van Trung industrial parks (Viet Yen district). To scale up the production expansion, it registered to hire 10,000 official workers with average income of 9 – 12 million VND per month.

Similarly, CE Link Vietnam Company Limited in Van Trung 2 industrial park has employed 1,500 labours to work at electronic component factory.

Besides, many garment and electronic manufacturing enterprises in local industrial parks have recruited more labours. In addition to the basic salary, businesses offer more income to the labour such as: Attendance, housing allowance, travel allowance, meals, seniority and overtime among others.

The production expansion and new labour employement in Bac Giang are positive signals showing that industrial production is recovering.

Since early this year to June 15, 2023, the provincial Industrial Park Management Board has granted new investment registration certificates to 27 foreign direct investment projects and 4 domestic direct investment projects with total registered capital of more than 1.02 billion USD and 594.55 billion VND, reaching 122 percent of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in 2023.

Bac Giang pays due attention to social insurance policy, ensures benefit for labours
(BGO) – On March 15, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Mai Son cum Head of the Steering Board for implementing social insurance and health insurance policies in the province chaired a meeting to review 2023 task, witness the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement to protect the labours’ rights in term of salary, social insurance and unemployment insurance.
Bac Giang creates jobs to nearly 8,300 labours
(BGO) – The Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) in Bac Giang province forecast that the province demands to employ about 65,000 labours in 2023, over 60,000 of whom will work at the industrial parks and clusters. In the first quarter, nearly 8,300 labours are expected to find suitable jobs in domestic company and overseas.
