(BGO) – The Department of Labour, Invalids and Social
Affairs (DoLISA) in Bac Giang province forecast that the province demands to
employ about 65,000 labours in 2023, over 60,000 of whom will work at the
industrial parks and clusters. In the first quarter, nearly 8,300 labours are
expected to find suitable jobs in domestic company and overseas.
Most of the employers are from direct foreign investment (FDI) enterprises who need more labours to serve the newly operated factories and production expansion in various fields of electronic, garment, package.

8 companies have registered with the provincial Job Service Center to employ 17,000 new labours, typically Foxconn Technology Group in Dinh Tram industrial park (12,000 people), Hana Micron Vina Company Limited in Van Trung industrial park (1,100 people) among others.
To assist business in employment, the provincial Job Service Center keeps organizing job transaction session on every Thursday at the center as well as mobile session in 10 districts and city while giving close labour forecast and support policy to create job in line with Law of Employment to rural area.
More difficulties are expected in the upcoming time in worldwide which causes more impact on businesses’ manufacturing and export orders. The DoLISA has actively cooperated with relevant sectors to regularly grasp the production and employment situation then consult the provincial People’s Committee to issue timely assistance.

170,000 labours to come back work on sixth day of lunar January

– According to the Management Board of the Industrial Park in Bac Giang province
(MBIP), about 170,000 labours will come back work at 400 businesses at the
provincial industrial parks on January 27, 2023 or the sixth day of Lunar New
Year, few enterprises reopen production on January 30.

Bac Giang creates new jobs to 33,600 labours
(BGO) –According to the Department of Labour, Invalids and
Social Affairs ( DoLISA), 33,600 labours in Bac Giang province were employed in
2022, surpassing 0.5 percent of the set target, over 31,700 of whom worked
domestically and others worked abroads.

(BGO) – During 2010 – 2022 period, Luc Nam district (Bac
Giang province) mobilized nearly 10 billion VND (425,531 USD) from central and
local budgets to open short vocational courses for rural labour.
