Over 40,200 rural labours trained in Bac Giang

(BGO) – During 2010 – 2022 period, Luc Nam district (Bac Giang province) mobilized nearly 10 billion VND (425,531 USD) from central and local budgets to open short vocational courses for rural labour.

The vocational training facilities in the district organized enrollment and trained 40,200 labours. The training courses of two to three months were held at the facilities or cultural house in the village and residential areas.

The graduated trainees were granted with primary technical certificate and introduced to work at businesses, factories or supported to borrow preferential loan via local social political organizations to persuit family business.

According to the district People’s Committee, local vocational training facilities have focused on training such fields of motor and car driving (59.7 percent), industrial garment (10 percent), livestock production, mechanical and others.

Basing on the frame programme of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, these establishment will build suitable programme to the regulation and actual situation.

Annually, the training programme is adjusted to match the demand of trainees and employers with more practising sessions to facilitate rural labours to gain knowledge, complete the skill, effectively apply the lession into practical job.

(BGO)- The working delegation from the Central agencies headed by Le Tan Dung, Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on July 7 had a working session with Bac Giang provincial Standing Party Committee on 10-year implementation of the Directive No 19-CT/TW (Directive 19) dated November 5, 2012 of the Secretariat of the Central Party Committee (11th tenure) on “Strengthening leadership of the Party in vocational training for rural workers”.
