To facilitate the lychee consumption, the province set up about 200 weighting points, Production Support Teams, Inter-sectorial Working Group in each locality and hotline to timely handle the difficulties and obstacles during purchasing, transporting and proceeding lychee import-export procedures.
On June 6, six major e-commerce platforms in Vietnam including Sendo, Voso (Viettel Post), Tiki, Shopee, Postmart (VNpost) and Lazada officially opened to sell Bac Giang lychee. It is the first time Bac Giang lychee has been distributed orderly and systematically on such big platforms.
After the customers make orders on the platform, the local farmers start harvesting the fruits then pack them on foam box in cold condition properly, stamp for origin traceability and quickly transport under various methods (frozen truck, airline) to the requested addresses. The orders are normally delivered within two or three days.
